Site Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our corporate facilities. The Site Supervisor will ensure a safe, efficient, and productive working environment for all employees within our content development and language services division. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance, cleaning, and security staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or operational inefficiencies.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of supplies and services for facility upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and implement appropriate response plans.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inventory, and expenditures.
• Assist in the planning and execution of office moves, renovations, and special events.
• Liaise with IT and other departments to ensure smooth operation of all office infrastructure.
