Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site operations for our oil and gas projects. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and company standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of site operations in the oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including construction, installation, and maintenance work.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality control procedures.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage site personnel, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and material inventories.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure proper utilization of resources and equipment on site.
