Site Supervisor - Automobile (1-2 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with 1-2 years of experience and an LLB degree to oversee site operations and ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations within our automotive manufacturing facilities in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal frameworks relevant to industrial operations and be adept at managing site activities to maintain efficiency and adherence to standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential hazards, safety violations, and non-compliance issues.
- Ensure all site activities comply with relevant Indian labor laws, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Review and maintain site-related documentation, including permits, licenses, and inspection reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documentation and submissions related to site operations and permits.
- Liaise with legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and local authorities as required.
- Monitor and manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, ensuring optimal utilization.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a secure working environment.
- Report on site progress, challenges, and compliance status to management on a regular basis.
- Handle minor disputes or grievances on-site, escalating to HR or legal department when necessary.
