Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be a 12th Pass graduate responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production floor, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining quality standards within our printing and packaging facility. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage tasks and contribute to the efficient functioning of the site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production staff to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify any deviations.
- Assist in the scheduling of daily work and allocation of resources.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and procedures.
- Conduct regular checks on machinery and equipment, reporting any issues or maintenance needs.
- Oversee the handling and storage of materials and finished goods.
- Keep accurate records of production output, material consumption, and any incidents.
