Role Summary: The Site Visit Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and facilitating site visits for clients, stakeholders, and potential partners to ongoing and completed architectural and interior design projects. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure a seamless and informative experience for all visitors. The coordinator will act as a liaison between the project teams and the visitors, ensuring all logistical and informational needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with project managers, site supervisors, and external visitors.
• Prepare site visit itineraries, including travel arrangements, accommodation (if necessary), and meeting schedules.
• Ensure all necessary safety protocols and site-specific requirements are communicated to visitors prior to the visit.
• Accompany visitors during site tours, providing relevant information about the project's design, construction progress, and key features. (May require basic architectural/design knowledge).
• Liaise with site teams to ensure project updates and relevant materials are available for site visits.
• Handle visitor inquiries and provide support before, during, and after the site visit.
• Collect feedback from visitors and internal teams to improve the site visit experience.
• Maintain records of site visits, visitor information, and feedback.
