Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Slimming Head / Manager with an LLB degree to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent law graduate looking to gain practical experience in corporate legal and compliance matters within the fast-paced design industry. You will work closely with senior legal counsel and management to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, contributing to the smooth operation of our design projects and business processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your legal acumen in a commercial setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in reviewing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to design projects and vendor engagements.
Conduct legal research on various corporate, intellectual property, and employment laws relevant to the design industry.
Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with Indian regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
Help in managing and organizing legal documentation and case files.
Provide administrative support to the legal department, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Liaise with internal departments and external legal advisors as required.
Participate in risk assessment and mitigation strategies under supervision.
Stay updated with the latest legal developments and industry best practices.
