Job Description
Role Summary: The Slimming Head / Manager will be responsible for optimizing operational processes and resource allocation within the import and export division to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of logistics operations and a proven ability to implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current import and export workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce transit times, and minimize costs.
- Manage and optimize the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of import and export processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and company policies.
