Slimming Head / Manager for B.Pharma Graduates (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Slimming Head / Manager with 3-4 years of experience and a B.Pharma degree to join our KPO/Analytics team in Nagpur. This role involves optimizing processes, managing data, and contributing to key research initiatives within the pharmaceutical and life sciences domain. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical knowledge and analytical skills to drive efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret complex datasets related to drug efficacy, patient outcomes, and market trends.

Develop and implement strategies to streamline research and development processes, focusing on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, statisticians, and project managers, to achieve project goals.

Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the KPO and analytics functions.

Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
