Social Media Consultant

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Consultant to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for DP World India. The consultant will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence, engaging with key stakeholders in the ports and shipping industry, and driving meaningful conversations across various social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, community management, and performance analytics, with a specific focus on the corporate and industrial sector in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic social media plan aligned with DP World India's business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging and relevant content (text, image, video) for platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and others relevant to the industry.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant conversations.
• Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and foster positive relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, communications, operations) to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, provide regular reports on key insights, and recommend adjustments to optimize strategy.
• Identify opportunities for social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and thought leadership initiatives within the ports and shipping sector.
• Stay abreast of the latest social media best practices, tools, and emerging platforms.
