Social Media Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Consultant to enhance L&T's online presence and engagement across various social media platforms. The consultant will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to support our brand objectives, drive awareness of our industrial equipment and machinery offerings, and foster meaningful interactions with our target audiences, including potential clients, partners, and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with L&T's business goals and brand guidelines.

Manage and grow L&T's presence on key social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook).

Create engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video) tailored for each platform, showcasing our industrial equipment and machinery expertise.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry news to identify opportunities and potential risks.

Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships.

Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with marketing, communications, and relevant business units to ensure consistent messaging and campaign integration.

Advise on best practices for social media advertising and paid social campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.

Stay updated with the latest social media tools, technologies, and platform updates.
