Role Summary:
HDFC Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Consultant to lead and enhance our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative social media strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation within the Indian financial services market. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, community management, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with HDFC Bank's business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging and relevant content (text, image, video) for all social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights.
- Engage with the online community, respond to queries and comments promptly, and foster positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, generate regular reports, and recommend strategy adjustments based on data.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
