Social Media Marketing Executive - Ports & Shipping Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engagement within the ports and shipping industry. This role is suitable for individuals with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, where post-graduation is not a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging and relevant content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to our target audience in the ports and shipping sector.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive relationships.
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, website traffic, lead generation) and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, communications, sales) to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and emerging platforms.
