Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our Hardware & Networking division in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM and a proven track record in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement within the technology sector. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms, driving content creation, and analyzing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives for our Hardware & Networking products and services.

Manage and grow Wipro's social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Create engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored for specific social media channels.

Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategy.

Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive brand interactions.

Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
