Social Media Marketing (M.Pharma Required) - Gurgaon

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive with a unique M.Pharma background to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience who can leverage their analytical skills and understanding of health/science communication to create engaging content and drive brand awareness for Hettich India, a leader in furniture fittings and hardware. You will be instrumental in shaping our online presence and connecting with our target audience through innovative social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Create, curate, and manage compelling content (text, image, video) that aligns with Hettich India's brand identity and marketing objectives, potentially incorporating insights from a scientific/pharmaceutical perspective where relevant to product benefits or user experience.

Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.

Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and key learnings.

Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online communities to foster positive brand perception.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design) to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaign execution.

Utilize your M.Pharma understanding to communicate the technical specifications, quality, and user benefits of our products in an accessible and persuasive manner.
