Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our innovative medical devices. This role requires a deep understanding of the medical device industry and a passion for communicating complex information in an accessible and compelling way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and target audience.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, video) across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate regular reports to track KPIs and inform strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign integration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and emerging platforms.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
