Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at Wipro GE Healthcare. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement with healthcare professionals, patients, and the wider community in India. You will manage our social media presence across various platforms, creating compelling content that highlights our innovative medical technologies and their impact on healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Wipro GE Healthcare's marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Manage and oversee all social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) for Wipro GE Healthcare India.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging and informative content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored for the Indian healthcare audience.
• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, communications, product) to ensure brand consistency and align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
• Identify and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the Indian healthcare sector.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
