Role Summary: This role focuses on developing and implementing social and public service initiatives aligned with the company's corporate social responsibility (CSR) objectives within the electronics manufacturing sector. The individual will be responsible for identifying community needs, designing impactful programs, and ensuring their effective execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess social and environmental needs within communities surrounding manufacturing facilities.

Develop and manage CSR projects focused on education, healthcare, skill development, and environmental sustainability.

Collaborate with local NGOs, government agencies, and community leaders to implement and scale initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and reporting requirements.

Manage budgets and resources allocated for CSR activities.

Organize awareness campaigns and employee engagement activities related to social causes.

Stay updated on CSR regulations and best practices in India.
