Social & Public Service - Project Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to oversee and manage social and public service initiatives within our extensive engineering and construction projects across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects that have a direct impact on communities and public welfare, ensuring alignment with L&T's commitment to social responsibility and sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for social and public service components of large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient completion.
- Coordinate with government agencies, local communities, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies for proposed social impact projects.
- Oversee the implementation of community development programs, environmental protection initiatives, and public health services related to project sites.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, impact, and sustainability, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and L&T's corporate social responsibility (CSR) guidelines.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing concerns and facilitating collaborative problem-solving.
- Manage risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize negative social or environmental impacts.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
