Job Description

Role Summary:
HUL is seeking a passionate and experienced Social Responsibility Marketing (CSR) professional to join our dynamic team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma) degree and 2-4 years of experience in developing and executing impactful CSR initiatives within the FMCG sector. You will play a crucial role in aligning our business objectives with our social and environmental commitments, enhancing brand reputation and driving positive societal change.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive CSR strategies and programs aligned with HUL's sustainability goals and brand values.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify community needs and opportunities for social impact, with a particular focus on health and wellness initiatives relevant to an M.Pharma background.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, including NGOs, community leaders, government bodies, and internal teams, to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of CSR projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR programs, generating reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to internal and external communication efforts related to CSR activities, including reporting and marketing materials.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards for CSR reporting and activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to integrate CSR messaging into overall marketing strategies.
