Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Social Responsibility Marketing (CSR) professional with an LLB degree to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in developing and executing CSR strategies, focusing on legal compliance, stakeholder engagement, and impactful marketing initiatives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our company's social impact and brand reputation through strategic CSR campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive CSR strategies aligned with company goals and legal frameworks.
Ensure all CSR activities comply with relevant Indian laws and regulations, particularly those related to corporate social responsibility.
Manage the creation and dissemination of CSR-related content, including reports, press releases, and digital media, to effectively communicate impact.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including NGOs, government bodies, and community leaders, to foster partnerships and support CSR initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Conduct legal research and due diligence for potential CSR projects and partnerships.
Contribute to the company's sustainability reporting and compliance documentation.
