Social Responsibility Marketing (CSR) Manager

Role Summary: The CSR Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing TeamLease's corporate social responsibility initiatives across India. This role involves aligning CSR activities with the company's business objectives and brand values, fostering positive community engagement, and ensuring effective communication of our social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with TeamLease's mission and values.
• Identify and build relationships with NGOs, community organizations, and government bodies for impactful CSR projects.
• Manage CSR budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenditures.
• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of CSR projects, ensuring they meet defined objectives and timelines.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote CSR activities and their impact to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare CSR reports, including impact assessments and compliance documentation as per regulatory requirements.
• Engage employees in CSR initiatives through volunteering programs and awareness campaigns.
• Stay updated on CSR trends, best practices, and relevant legislation in India.
