Social Responsibility Marketing (CSR) Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Social Responsibility Marketing (CSR) Manager to lead and implement our CSR initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with our company's values and contribute positively to the communities we operate in, with a focus on sustainable tourism and local development within India. The CSR Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing MakeMyTrip's brand reputation and fostering meaningful stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of MakeMyTrip's CSR strategy, focusing on areas such as environmental sustainability, community development, and ethical tourism practices.
- Identify and build partnerships with NGOs, local communities, and government bodies to execute impactful CSR projects across India.
- Manage the CSR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of project outcomes.
- Create compelling marketing and communication materials to promote CSR initiatives and their impact to internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and manage CSR-related events, campaigns, and volunteer programs.
- Monitor and report on the progress and impact of CSR activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Stay abreast of CSR trends, best practices, and relevant legislation in the travel and tourism sector in India.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and operations teams to integrate CSR principles into business practices and brand messaging.
