Social Studies Teacher (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking an engaging and knowledgeable Social Studies Teacher to contribute to our internal training and development programs. This role is ideal for an educator with 3-4 years of experience who can translate complex social studies concepts into practical applications relevant to our BPO and call center operations. The ideal candidate will not require a postgraduate degree but should possess a strong understanding of social, cultural, and historical contexts that influence global business interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training modules on social studies topics relevant to international business, customer service, and cultural awareness.

Facilitate interactive sessions, workshops, and discussions to enhance employees' understanding of global socio-political landscapes and their impact on business.

Create and utilize diverse teaching materials, including presentations, case studies, and multimedia resources.

Assess employee learning and provide constructive feedback to improve their understanding and application of social studies principles.

Stay updated on current global events and socio-cultural trends to ensure training content is relevant and timely.

Collaborate with HR and training departments to align social studies content with organizational objectives.
