Social Worker

Role Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at WNS. This role will focus on supporting employees and their families, particularly in areas related to well-being, community engagement, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. The Social Worker will play a crucial part in fostering a supportive work environment and contributing to meaningful social impact programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and support services to employees facing personal or work-related challenges.
• Develop and implement programs aimed at enhancing employee well-being and mental health.
• Liaise with external agencies and community resources to provide comprehensive support.
• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
• Organize and facilitate workshops and awareness sessions on relevant social issues.
• Maintain confidential records and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure effective employee support.
