Social Worker

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. Liaise with external agencies and community resources to connect employees with necessary support services.

Organize workshops and training sessions on topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, and personal development.

Maintain confidential records of client interactions and progress.

Advocate for employees' needs within the organization.

Collaborate with HR and management to address workplace issues and improve employee welfare policies.
