Role Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at United Breweries Ltd. The Social Worker will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing community outreach programs and initiatives aimed at improving the well-being of individuals and communities impacted by our operations or in areas where we operate. This role requires a deep understanding of social issues, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to corporate social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessments within target communities to identify social challenges and opportunities for intervention.
• Design and implement social programs focused on areas such as health, education, livelihood, and environmental sustainability.
• Liaise with local communities, NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders to build strong partnerships.
• Provide counseling and support services to individuals and families facing social difficulties.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social programs, collect data, and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant social welfare laws and company policies.
• Organize community events and awareness campaigns.
