Social Worker - Bhubaneshwar

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Social Worker to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing social programs, providing support to individuals and communities, and fostering positive social impact within the organization and its stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessments to identify social issues and service gaps within employee groups and the wider community.
• Develop, implement, and manage social welfare programs and initiatives aligned with corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals.
• Provide counseling and support services to employees facing personal or professional challenges, maintaining confidentiality.
• Liaise with external NGOs, government agencies, and community organizations to build partnerships and leverage resources.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs on relevant social issues.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social programs, providing regular reports to management.
• Advocate for the needs of vulnerable individuals and groups within the organization and the community.
• Stay updated on social work best practices, relevant legislation, and community development trends in India.
