Sociology Teacher (3-5 Yrs) at Infosys

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sociology Teacher to join our learning and development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering training programs focused on understanding societal dynamics, organizational behavior, and cultural nuances relevant to our global workforce in the IT services and consulting industry. You will design curriculum, conduct workshops, and mentor employees to enhance their interpersonal skills and foster a more inclusive and effective work environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a Diploma in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in teaching or corporate training.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging sociology-based training modules for employees across various levels.

Design curriculum that covers topics such as organizational sociology, cultural competency, diversity and inclusion, and team dynamics.

Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions to promote understanding and application of sociological principles in the workplace.

Assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of programs through feedback and performance analysis.

Provide guidance and mentorship to employees on sociological aspects impacting their professional interactions.

Stay updated with current research and trends in sociology and their applicability to the corporate environment.
