Role Summary: The Software Compliance - License Management role is responsible for ensuring that all software assets within ITC Limited are procured, deployed, and utilized in compliance with licensing agreements and regulatory requirements. This role will focus on managing software licenses, conducting audits, and implementing policies to mitigate risks associated with software usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive software license management policies and procedures.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all software assets and associated licenses.
- Conduct regular software license compliance audits and assessments.
- Identify and address any license compliance gaps or risks.
- Collaborate with IT, legal, and procurement teams to ensure adherence to licensing terms.
- Manage software license renewals and procure new licenses as needed.
- Stay updated on software licensing models, industry best practices, and relevant regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on software license compliance.
