Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Software Compliance professional with a focus on License Management to join our team in Nagpur. This role is crucial for ensuring our organization adheres to all software licensing agreements and regulations, minimizing legal risks and optimizing software asset utilization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business administration principles and a keen eye for detail, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage all software licenses across the organization to ensure compliance with vendor agreements and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of software usage and license allocation to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all software assets and their associated licenses.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for software procurement, deployment, and retirement.
- Collaborate with IT, legal, and procurement teams to negotiate license renewals and manage vendor relationships.
- Track software license expiration dates and proactively manage renewals to avoid service disruptions.
- Assist in responding to vendor audits and provide necessary documentation and reports.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings through license optimization and consolidation.
- Stay informed about changes in software licensing models and compliance regulations relevant to the logistics industry.
- Prepare regular reports on license compliance status, risks, and recommendations for management.
