Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Software Developer in Test (SDET) with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. As an SDET, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications that support our operations in the Iron & Steel industry. This role requires a B.Sc degree and a strong understanding of software testing principles and automation techniques. You will work closely with development teams to design, develop, and execute test cases, identify defects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, and deployment.
Identify and document software defects, and track them to resolution.
Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Perform regression testing to ensure new features do not impact existing functionality.
