Sommelier

Role Summary: The Sommelier will be responsible for managing and curating the wine collection for executive dining and corporate events at Reliance Industries Limited. This role requires an expert understanding of wines, impeccable service standards, and the ability to enhance the overall dining experience for our esteemed guests and employees. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an extensive and diverse wine list, with a focus on quality and value, suitable for a corporate environment.
• Manage wine inventory, including procurement, storage, cellar organization, and stock rotation.
• Provide expert wine recommendations to executives and guests, considering their preferences and the menu.
• Oversee wine service during corporate events, ensuring seamless and professional delivery.
• Conduct wine tastings and educational sessions for staff and potentially for clients.
• Stay updated on global wine trends, new vintages, and emerging wine regions.
• Manage the wine budget effectively, ensuring cost control and profitability.
