Sommelier

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sommelier to oversee our wine program, potentially for executive dining facilities, client entertainment areas, or employee welfare initiatives within our corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curating a diverse and high-quality wine selection, managing inventory, and providing exceptional service to our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive wine list featuring a variety of international and Indian wines, considering budget and organizational preferences.
- Source and procure wines from reputable suppliers, negotiating prices and ensuring quality.
- Manage wine inventory, including stocktaking, cellar organization, and rotation to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Conduct wine tastings and training sessions for staff to enhance their knowledge and service capabilities.
- Provide expert recommendations and personalized wine pairings to guests and executives.
- Ensure proper storage and serving conditions for all wines.
- Stay updated on current wine trends, emerging regions, and new vintages.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to create harmonious food and wine pairings.
- Manage wine-related expenses and maintain budget adherence.
