Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Somnologist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on understanding and addressing sleep-related issues within our community and among beneficiaries, aligning with our mission to improve overall well-being. The ideal candidate will have practical experience and a strong understanding of sleep disorders, with a focus on non-pharmacological interventions and patient education, suitable for individuals without a formal graduation degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and screenings for common sleep disturbances and disorders.
- Educate patients and community members on sleep hygiene and healthy sleep practices.
- Assist in developing and implementing personalized sleep management plans under supervision.
- Monitor patient progress and report findings to senior staff.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Support awareness campaigns and workshops related to sleep health.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and volunteers to provide holistic care.
- Adapt communication styles for diverse audiences with varying educational backgrounds.
