Sound Director

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Sound Director to lead the audio experience for our innovative healthcare and life sciences projects. The Sound Director will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing all sonic elements, ensuring they align with our brand identity and enhance user engagement in digital health platforms, patient education materials, and internal training modules. This role requires a deep understanding of audio engineering, sound design principles, and the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling auditory experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall sound strategy for various healthcare and life sciences initiatives.
- Design, record, edit, and mix audio assets, including voiceovers, sound effects, music, and ambient soundscapes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, content creators, and medical experts, to ensure audio elements effectively communicate information and evoke desired emotions.
- Oversee the creation of audio for interactive applications, e-learning modules, corporate videos, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all audio content adheres to accessibility standards and regulatory guidelines relevant to the healthcare industry.
- Manage audio production workflows, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in sound design and audio production.
- Conduct quality assurance for all audio deliverables, ensuring technical accuracy and artistic integrity.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to internal and external audio professionals.
