Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sound/Light/Technical Support professional to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation and high-quality delivery of audio and visual elements for our gaming products and live events. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for gaming technology, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain audio and lighting equipment for gaming setups and events.
• Provide technical support for sound and lighting systems, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of audio/visual equipment for live streams, tournaments, and other gaming events.
• Collaborate with game developers and production teams to ensure optimal audio and visual experiences.
• Perform regular maintenance and testing of all sound and lighting equipment.
• Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and equipment configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in audio, lighting, and gaming support.
