Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient individual with a legal background to join our team as a Sound / Light / Technical Support professional. This unique role bridges the gap between legal proceedings and technical execution, ensuring seamless audiovisual experiences during critical legal events and internal operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills honed through an LLB degree to understand technical requirements and troubleshoot issues effectively. This position is based in our Jaipur office and is suitable for candidates with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate sound and lighting systems for court appearances, client meetings, conferences, and internal events.
- Provide technical support for audiovisual equipment, including projectors, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to sound, lighting, and other audiovisual equipment in real-time.
- Liaise with legal teams to understand their specific technical requirements for presentations and hearings.
- Ensure all technical setups are tested and functional prior to events.
- Maintain an inventory of audiovisual equipment and report any damages or malfunctions.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of technical equipment for various events.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in audiovisual technology and suggest improvements.
- Document technical procedures and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with IT and administrative departments to ensure smooth operation of technical services.
