Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sound / Light / Technical Support professional with 0-2 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our corporate team in Guwahati. This role involves providing essential technical support for sound, lighting, and other related technical systems within our corporate environment, ensuring seamless operations for events, presentations, and daily functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in physics, acoustics, optics, or a related scientific field, coupled with a keen interest in practical technical applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment, including microphones, speakers, projectors, and lighting systems.
- Provide technical support for corporate events, meetings, and presentations, ensuring all equipment functions optimally.
- Perform routine maintenance and checks on sound and lighting equipment to prevent malfunctions.
- Respond to technical support requests from employees and resolve issues related to audio, visual, and other technical systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand technical requirements for various events and projects.
- Maintain an inventory of technical equipment and report any damages or deficiencies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in sound, lighting, and AV systems.
- Document technical procedures and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
