Role Summary: We are seeking a highly specialized and experienced Sound Mixer with a Doctorate/PhD to join our innovative team in Jaipur. This role is critical for developing and implementing advanced acoustic monitoring and analysis systems for law enforcement and security applications. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of acoustics, signal processing, and audio engineering to contribute to cutting-edge projects, ensuring superior audio capture and analysis capabilities in diverse operational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct advanced research and development in acoustic signal acquisition, processing, and analysis for security and surveillance applications.
Design, calibrate, and deploy sophisticated sound mixing and recording systems in challenging field conditions.
Develop and implement algorithms for noise reduction, source localization, and audio event detection using advanced signal processing techniques.
Analyze complex audio data to extract actionable intelligence and provide detailed reports to security and law enforcement personnel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and domain experts, to integrate audio solutions into broader security platforms.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in acoustic technology, signal processing, and relevant security applications, and apply this knowledge to project innovation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant technical standards, safety regulations, and data privacy requirements.
