Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sous Chef with a strong background in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience who can leverage their LLM expertise to drive innovation and efficiency within our culinary operations. You will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize LLM capabilities to analyze food trends, predict ingredient needs, and optimize menu planning.
Develop and implement LLM-driven solutions for inventory management and waste reduction.
Assist in the creation of new recipes and menu items, incorporating insights from LLM analysis.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes and culinary techniques.
Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Manage kitchen inventory and place orders for ingredients.
Contribute to the overall operational efficiency and success of the kitchen.
