Spa Manager / Supervisor

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Spa Manager/Supervisor to oversee the operations of our employee wellness spa within our corporate office in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service, managing staff, and maintaining a serene and professional environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, and client appointments.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Train and mentor spa staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and enforce spa policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the spa facilities.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
• Manage spa budget and financial reporting.
