Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager/Supervisor to oversee the operations of our employee wellness and recreational spa facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring a high-quality, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience for our employees, contributing to their overall well-being and productivity. The Spa Manager/Supervisor will be responsible for daily operations, staff management, client satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of service and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day spa operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, and client appointments.
- Lead, train, and motivate spa therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure adherence to all spa policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage inventory of spa products and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of spa facilities and equipment.
- Develop and implement promotional activities and service packages to enhance employee engagement.
- Maintain records of services, client preferences, and staff performance.
