Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and client appointments.
- Manage and train spa therapists and other staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations as per Indian standards.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain financial records, including revenue tracking, expense management, and payroll processing.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for spa products and equipment.
- Uphold the brand's reputation for exceptional service and a tranquil atmosphere.
