Role Summary:
NHDC is seeking a motivated and design-oriented Spa Manager/Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Des degree to oversee the operations and enhance the guest experience at our wellness facilities in Surat. This role requires a blend of managerial skills, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of design principles applied to service environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the spa, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement innovative spa treatment protocols and service offerings, drawing on M.Des expertise to enhance guest experience and aesthetics.
- Oversee inventory management for spa products and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and packages.
- Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement design-led solutions.
- Maintain the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the spa environment, ensuring it aligns with NHDC's brand and heritage.
