Role Summary: The Spa Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the spa facilities within the HAL premises, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. This role requires a blend of operational management and customer service expertise to maintain a serene and efficient spa environment for employees and authorized personnel.

• Supervise spa staff, including therapists and receptionists, ensuring adherence to service standards and schedules.
• Manage spa appointments, bookings, and client records.
