Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for providing a variety of high-quality spa treatments and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role is crucial in maintaining the reputation of our spa as a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and other wellness therapies according to established protocols.
- Consult with guests to understand their needs, preferences, and any contraindications before providing treatments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized treatment room and spa environment.
- Ensure all spa equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.
- Provide guests with information and recommendations on spa products and services.
- Manage appointment schedules and maintain accurate guest records.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.
- Assist with inventory management of spa supplies.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Stay updated on the latest spa techniques and industry trends.
