Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our team. While our core business is in agrochemicals, we believe in holistic employee well-being and are establishing an on-site wellness center. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for providing a range of therapeutic massage and body treatments to our employees, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and overall health.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform various types of massages, including Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy, tailored to individual client needs.
Conduct client consultations to assess their needs, health history, and any contraindications.
Educate clients on the benefits of spa treatments and recommend appropriate services.
Maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil spa environment.
Manage appointment scheduling and client records.
Adhere to all hygiene and sanitation protocols.
Stay updated on the latest spa techniques and wellness trends.
