Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree and have 4-6 years of experience in providing a wide range of spa treatments and therapies. You will be responsible for creating a serene and rejuvenating environment for our employees, promoting well-being, and ensuring exceptional client care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of therapeutic massages, body treatments, facials, and other spa services according to established protocols.
Assess client needs and tailor treatments to individual requirements, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and common spa areas.
Educate clients on the benefits of treatments and recommend appropriate home care products.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records.
Stay updated on the latest spa techniques, products, and industry trends.
Promote a positive and relaxing atmosphere within the spa.
