We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Delhi. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with an MBA/PGDM degree looking to contribute to inclusive educational initiatives within a corporate setting. The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and providing support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they receive appropriate guidance and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to the specific needs of students.
Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and learning preferences.
Provide direct instruction and support to students, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources.
Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other educational professionals to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
Monitor student progress and adjust IEPs as necessary, documenting all interventions and outcomes.
Maintain accurate and organized student records, ensuring confidentiality.
Participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of best practices in special education.
