Sponsorship / Partnership Manager

Role Summary: The Sponsorship / Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility, drive business growth, and achieve marketing objectives for Prataap Snacks Limited. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills to foster mutually beneficial collaborations within the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential sponsorship and partnership opportunities aligned with the company's brand values and strategic goals.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations for prospective partners and sponsors.
• Negotiate terms and agreements for sponsorship deals and strategic partnerships, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners and sponsors to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute activation plans for sponsored events and partnerships to maximize brand exposure and ROI.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new partnership avenues.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives.
• Track and report on the performance of sponsorship and partnership activities, providing insights for future strategies.
